Class Clowns now in it’s 17th year Class Clowns is Melbourne International Comedy Festivals’ competition and education program for young people. Around Australia students in years 9-12 can compete to be named funniest of them all – and perhaps launch themselves on a journey like that of previous Class Clown-ers Josh Thomas (Talkin’ ’bout Your Generation), Tom Ballard (Triple J), Kynan Barker (writer for ROVE), Joel Creasey or Danny McGinlay.
