With over 40 events and 140 performances in 19 days, the Perth International Comedy Festival will launch into Perth in May 2012. Local, national and international comedians will perform at the Astor Theatre, the Jack High Comedy Club and the Velvet Lounge where there will be stand-up, musical acts, spoken word and special events.
The 19 days of hilarity will begin with the Opening Night Gala on May 2nd. Included in the first announcement is Tripod with their new show Men of Substance, Fiona O’Loughlin, Greg Fleet, Dave Callan and, the first of many International acts, Henry Rollins (USA) with his show The Long March. The entire Festival will conclude with the Festival Finale on May 20th.
